I never got an appointment the Receptionist was very rude then she cancelled my appointment and sent referral back to my GP after I questioned the $400 consultation fee. I though cardiologists where supposed to bulk bill ?
Always have found this practice to be very responsive to my enquiries, and Dr. Parkin and his team very professional and caring.
It's unfortunate that Ray Parkins image is tarnished by the unprofessional and abrasive attitude of his staff. A recent appointment booked to see Ray and have a stress test did not get past the waiting room. A rude and disrespectful attitude exhibited by his receptionist prompted me to leave the premises. My wife was verbally assaulted for accompanying me for my appointment, and told to remove herself from the waiting room.
