We had an excellent experience at Nuvision from start to finish. My mom had cataract surgery in both eyes, and the entire process was handled with professionalism and care. From verifying insurance to the follow-up calls after surgery, everything was seamless and well organized. The staff was kind, patient, and thorough in answering all of our questions. The surgical team made my mom feel comfortable and confident every step of the way. We are truly grateful for such a smooth and positive experience. Highly recommend!
We originally were looking into another facility in San Antonio but they ended up canceling our appointment after I already drove from Laredo. The process to getting my RLE surgery was so smooth. To paint the picture lastThursday I called Parkhurst Nuvision and they gave me a pre-op appointment the same day. Now a week later I had my RLE surgery. Everybody here was amazing. The facility is very clean and everyone is very nice. My vision is great and I am so glad I was able to get in quickly
My first visit with Parkhurst nuvision made me feel at ease and felt so welcomed. I was well informed and everyone was very professional. Jessica who worked me up was so kind and amazing. All my questions were answered and they made sure I understood when scheduling my procedure. During my procedure It went quick and smooth. Going into my journey here, I originally had no idea how bad my vision was before my cataract surgery. The first thing I noticed today, the day after my surgery is that I can see everything so much clearer, like it is in 3D. The anesthesiologist was amazing and had the best bedside manner. The time spent at my consultation and even at my post op appointment was the most I’ve ever spent with a doctor, they are so thorough and attentive. My father is 69 years old and recently had laser cataract surgery at Parkhurst NuVision in San Antonio. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. He paid over $7,000 out of pocket for the procedure. I clearly informed the staff in advance that I needed to briefly return to work at 6:00 PM and would come back around 7:30 PM due to traffic.
