Will diagnosis infertility, but does not actually treat infertility. After months of waiting for the initial appointment, I had one brief meeting with a doctor and two labs before being told that I would be referred out to a reproductive specialist. I went to this provider specifically for infertility options only to discover that I would be referred else where with an additional several months wait. Do research into what they actually treat before waiting for so long.
This clinic helped me from infertility all the way to birth. Couldn’t recommend more. Dr McKinney was my main doctor; she’s attentive and thorough. She and her staff always made me feel heard and taken care of (even though I ask a lot of questions in person and in the portal). I also had good experiences with the doctors I used when McKinney wasn’t available. Dr. Seale is the best she takes great care of my wife. My negative review is precisely on the scheduling and timing. Never fails that anytime you set an appointment, it’s 30 minutes to an hour after before the appointment actually starts. I know things happen and run long sometimes but every single appointment in this way. I’m writing this at 10:50am for a 10:15 appointment. Dr Seale is great. I was having issues getting pregnant and she was so helpful.
This place was highly recommended by a friend. My first visit they didn’t even run any test to check my hormone levels. They just prescribed meds and said to come back in 3 months. Came back in 3 months for the follow up, waited over an hour in the lobby before I was seen. Took my weight and brought me right back to the lobby for another long wait. A Dr came in that I had never met and started talking about how she was going to fix all my problems. She wanted to order some blood test before changing any of my meds. We did th... read more
