Dr. Seale is the best she takes great care of my wife. My negative review is precisely on the scheduling and timing. Never fails that anytime you set an appointment, it’s 30 minutes to an hour after before the appointment actually starts. I know things happen and run long sometimes but every single appointment in this way. I’m writing this at 10:50am for a 10:15 appointment. Dr Seale is great. I was having issues getting pregnant and she was so helpful.
This place was highly recommended by a friend. My first visit they didn’t even run any test to check my hormone levels. They just prescribed meds and said to come back in 3 months. Came back in 3 months for the follow up, waited over an hour in the lobby before I was seen. Took my weight and brought me right back to the lobby for another long wait. I Was recently diagnosed with stage 4 endometriosis at Mercy. That day was supposed to do hysterectomy but was stopped Due to severe endometriosis and my Gynecologist was great but she was smart in her evaluation and refer me to another specialist. I came from Lifespring to Parhkill because I didn’t feel seen or, for lack of better wording, respected. I cannot speak highly enough about Dr. Terry and his team. They are so caring, from the front desk all the way to the office manager, to Dr. Terry himself. I never thought I would consider seeing a male OB but he has made me do a complete 180!!
