I’ve been a patient at Parkhill for 18 years. My first appointment was at the age of 12. I want to be able to give a glowing review but am continuously disappointed and left feeling undervalued and disrespected. I am generally a patient and empathetic person especially in the healthcare industry. TL;DR You will be seen 1+ hour after your appointment time. I had a disappointing experience with Dr. Seale at Parkhill Women’s Clinic. The front desk staff was exceptionally kind and apologetic, explaining that Dr. Seale is only in the Bentonville office one day a week and routinely runs about an hour behind because of how busy the schedule is. i had an appointment at 11am and didn't see my doctor until 1pm and the interaction lasted maybe 10 minutes. i'm not sure if other patient's appointments were stacked on top of one another or if there was short staffing but i wish there was more organization with scheduling. i overheard another patient asking the receptionist with the same issue.
I called about HRT. Went in to see Dr. Scott Bailey. I have never been so impressed with a clinic or a Dr. This place is very real. The staff couldn't have been kinder and Dr. Bailey is just top of the line. He cleared up all my reservation about HRT. Answered every question I had and made clear the outcome I could expect and how long it might take. I am pleased to report so far he was spot on correct. I love this place and Dr. Bailey.
