It's one of the worst places in NWA for healthcare. The nurses there are mostly rude and incompetent, making critical mistakes and blaming patients. They should not be in service industry, not to mention in healthcare. The doctors there, such as Linsey, are generally incompetent. As a doctor in women's healthcare, don't even know how to do proper ultrasound. It's embarrassing to watch. If you want healthcare, find a different place, as they don't care and don't know how to care.
Dr. McKinney was amazing! The wait time was more than reasonable, and she and everyone I encountered were very attentive and compassionate but efficient all at the same time from the front desk to the doctor. The exam was comfortable, and I left feeling fully informed and heard.
Dr. McKinney is a wonderful person, surgeon, and doctor. She brought my son safely into this world and has helped me manage the many changes that come with having a baby. She is different than other doctors because she demonstrates a level of sincerity you just don’t get with other physicians. Exceptional doctor!
Treated me like shit because I had chosen adoption. Stabbed me 11 times in the back for an epidural and left a lot of bruising. My oxygen line after surgery was cut off and when I told them they ignored me til the 3rd time I had to say it. Nurse checked my stomach medicine line and told me to tell the doctor to look at it because she was leaving for the day. She couldn't be bothered to chart it or let anyone know, just left it up to me.
I had four babies with them and now care with my menopause. They are the best. The drs are caring and thorough. I've used them since 1988 and I wouldn't go anywhere else.
