I had four babies with them and now care with my menopause. They are the best. The drs are caring and thorough. I've used them since 1988 and I wouldn't go anywhere else.
The staff/nurses/drs are great - but the parking here is ridiculous. I’m bringing my pregnant wife here once a week and she’s about to pop - and we have to park way far away in whatever spot we can find and take a shuttle back and forth, while the employees and staff have front row parking in the garage - plenty of spots for staff and ZERO for pregnant women. Makes no sense to me… target and Walmart have spots for pregnant women to park closer but not a hospital.
After running into some issues in Fayetteville with providers no longer taking our insurance, I checked our provider directory and it listed Dr. Salyer and others at Parkhill on the provider directory. I called and asked, before making my appt, to verify that they did in fact take my insurance. I was told they did and booked the appt.I showed up the day of and was told they do not take my insurance, even though my insurance carrier was listed on the online new patient form and being told ahead of time that they take it. Very nice place and the staff is very nice. Dr Mason is amazing! She explained everything to me and was very gentle. She answered all my questions. She's a wonderful Dr.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. I have tried to give this office chance after chance, and I can no longer justify putting myself in an environment where I feel dismissed, judged, and treated with such unkindness. The front desk staff were consistently rude and unhelpful, which made an already sensitive and vulnerable type of appointment even more uncomfortable. No one should walk into a gynecology office and be met with hostility or animosity instead of basic compassion and professionalism. This is just not how healthcare ... read more
