The doctors are very nice, but they mixed me up with another patient with the same first name twice and I ended up with frequent long waits over 40 minutes. One time they were monitoring the baby and the equipment stopped working, but no one came to check. I was hooked up so I couldn’t get up to get help. I had to call the clinic to see if someone could come back. After 20 wasted minutes someone finally showed up. Then I waited another 40 minutes just for a doctor to tell me they wanted more monitoring.…then I waited another... read more
When my doctor of 27 years retired, it was time for a new beginning so I chose Parkhill of Bentonville where I call home. After reviewing the physicians, I chose Dr. Terry! I am so happy I did!! The front office was nice and my appointment was prompt. Dr. Terry first came in to meet me before the exam and wanted to know about my family and any health concerns. He was so thorough and wonderful!!! The clinic nurses were all vibrant and happy and it was a very positive environment.
I have to be honest, the appointment didn’t go as well as I thought it would. The front desk lady was a bit off putting, she was short with me and cut me off multiple times. The first nurse was kind enough but she did make a comment which alluded to me not knowing what I was talking about. Once Dr. Salyer was in everything completely turned around. She reaffirmed I di... read more
If I didn’t have to bring my wife to parkhill clinic for woman I would not not because my wife has a service dog and papers from her pcp that says to allow her service animal and with the state of Arkansas saying that you really don’t have to have paperwork for service animals but they still won’t allow her service dog and still won’t tell us exactly what kind of paperwork they need
I hate leaving a negative review, but the clinic staff here are truly so rude and short with patients. I called twice to set up an appointment to see my PCP, Dr. Lowry (who is a wonderful doctor!), but both times the woman on the phone sounded aggravated to even being speaking to me. During the first call, I assumed I caught her at a bad time and moved on. However, when I had to reach back out to reschedule my appointment, she had the same annoyed tone. She was incredibly short with me, cut me off, and seemed overall upset a... read more
