If I could give 0 stars, I would. I have tried to give this office chance after chance, and I can no longer justify putting myself in an environment where I feel dismissed, judged, and treated with such unkindness. The front desk staff were consistently rude and unhelpful, which made an already sensitive and vulnerable type of appointment even more uncomfortable. I feel as though this place genuinely robbed me while I was at the lowest point in my life. I have had an undiagnosed illness for almost 3 years now because these doctors did nothing to help me. I’m a very timid person with diagnosed learning/anxiety disorders. Which I feel made a big impact with how they treated me. I was a weak,vulnerable, and very poor person but desperate to stop throwing up daily and having uncontrollable nausea/disziness/hot flashes. Overall poor experience from reception to patient care and billing. Would not recommend this clinic!
This clinic helped me from infertility all the way to birth. Couldn’t recommend more. Dr McKinney was my main doctor; she’s very attentive and thorough. She and her staff always made me feel heard and taken care of (even though I ask a lot of questions in person and in the portal). I also had good experiences with the doctors I used when McKinney wasn’t available.
