This was my first visit for an appointment, and I found the experience disappointing. I wasn’t sure where to go, and when I asked the front desk for directions, they seemed just as unsure as I was. The nurse/therapist I saw didn’t appear prepared and didn’t come across as genuinely friendly. I have more appointments scheduled here, so I’m hoping the experience improves—otherwise, I’ll likely switch to another location, even if it’s further away.
This clinic is the best clinic in North Vancouver Wednesday night doctors are very professional and very friendly as well as at the front desk. I recommend it!
