About this business
Joe believed that good food at a good price would bring folks in. He was right. We feel the same way. We still use only fresh ground beef and fresh chicken (and we're still using Joe's original Famous Fried Chicken recipe). The famous Parkette sign was built in 1957 and is a symbol of Lexington and stands as a monument overlooking New Circle Road., ready to serve all that pass by. The sign itself is a landmark and a point of reference for this section of the city.

we decided to finally check it out. we come to lexington fairly often for the antiques and have always seen it. burgers are to die for! very good!!!

I live in Indiana and have been coming to Lexington now for almost 10 yrs for Dr appointments at Shriners Hospital. We drive by it every time we are there. We've talked about stopping but haven't until now. WOW...what were we waiting for? GREAT food with GREAT service. Guy from Diners, Drive-ins and Diners was right when he said this was great place with great food. We will be back!!

We love the Parkette!! We eat here every time we come to Lexington. The food and service is amazing. It doesn't matter whether it's burgers, chicken, fish, or desserts it's all good food at great prices. Love it!!!
