About this business
Joe believed that good food at a good price would bring folks in. He was right. We feel the same way. We still use only fresh ground beef and fresh chicken (and we're still using Joe's original Famous Fried Chicken recipe). The famous Parkette sign was built in 1957 and is a symbol of Lexington and stands as a monument overlooking New Circle Road., ready to serve all that pass by. The sign itself is a landmark and a point of reference for this section of the city.

Chicken box. Chicken sandwich, fries, onion rings , any burger, banana split. They have something for everyone. Just a great place to eat. All employees are very nice.

Just had a surprise birthday party for my dad and Parkette went above and beyond to make this party amazing! My dad is a regular there on Friday evenings, so the staff was partying with us! BJ was so awesome and helpful in all of this! Shout out to willie for my countless drinks and just being awesome as well! 10/10 Parkette! Thanks for everything!!
