UPDATE: We have NEW OWNERS & NEW MANAGEMENT! We are no longer under a dark cloud, we have sunny days now. The new manager has everyone behaving as they should, because they are a good company and good people. The waiting list will get long fast so get on it now...and I hope to meet you or or loved one one day!
No Longer Senior apartments...it's mixed with mentally & phisi ally disabled of all ages....also drug & alcohol recoveries.. Apts are large & very nice, but NOT for the elderly any longer as it is advertised , also they will state it is a non-smoking complex which is Not true. Residents smoke inside apartments & outside management has been unable to correct this for many years!
The Dark Cloud is back. We lost the greatest property manager ever, due to other upper employees dont care, for honest, kind, people who put residents needs first. We are still without a maintenance man because everyone says the pay stinks. Before you send your loved one here, come chat with current Residents. There are still a few weeds that need to be pulled, but most people are nice, kind, friendly, etc. Things have been broken for weeks, at least 5 to 6 weeks for a chairlift and a washer. What a blessing we've received. NEW Manager, actually does her job. We can feel the change in the air! She's just gotta reconstruct what was destroyed, sadly it's going to be sometime before peace and safety are restored.
