I spent 5 weeks training here while on placement and it was an absolute highlight of my time in Parkes. The coaches here are beyond incredible, Jason, Emma, and Emily know how to balance their fitness expertise with kind encouragement and personalised movement feedback. I walked into Parkes Athletics reluctantly 16 months ago, extremely unfit with back and knee pain. Yesterday I did my first super sprint triathlon and have already signed up for my second. The professionalism, knowledge, guidance and support is outstanding. The workouts are challenging and can be adjusted to your individual needs and abilities. The genuine interest and concern from the coaches for each athlete’s physical and mental health is real. I love being apart of such an incredible community. Thanks a million .
