They are very slow. You may be scheduled for an appointment but you are lucky if you get seen within an hour of your appointment time. The office staff doesn’t seem to know what they are doing. When you call in, you get transferred around to multiple staff. The office seems unorganized. They don’t return calls. Paperwork laying around for anyone to see - hello HIPPA violation.
My son was scheduled an appointment here, arriving 20 minutes early......more than 2 hours later he has still not seen a doctor! Lousy patient care!
Someone cancelled my appnt I waited 2 months for and they wouldn't admit they were wrong. They just told me to come back in another 2 months. I would not recommend them at all.
