I have lived in Roanoke for a little over three years, I have been wanting to come to Parkers since the first time we drove by. So I was very excited. The decor was awesome it really makes you feel like you are at the beach. I found myself looking for seagulls. Inside was very much the same, I was sad to see that the fish tanks were poorly maintained and not saltwater. One of them was completely empty. It's a nice casual place with good food. The building is shaped like a ship and restrooms very clean. The oysters were cooked perfectly.
I ate at parker's seafood a few days ago. I really enjoyed the lighthouse shaped building and the decorations inside. I ordered a bowl of chowder (it was excellent) and a stuffed flounder (also exellent). My fiance had fried shrimp she loved them. I would recommended parker's to anyone who wants a taste of real authentic seafood.
Went there tonight, staff was courteous and quick about things. Ordered Steak and Scallops this evening, was very delicious A++. Would recommend to others and my friends.
At my visits 2 Parkers the food is always delicious the staff is always friendly and in inviting and the building is unique and interesting!
