I recently visited Parker’s Jumeirah Lowndes Hotel and left very disappointed. We arrived 30–40 minutes before closing and understood we couldn’t dine in, so agreed to takeaway. We were given a barcode but then left standing by the door for 15–20 minutes with no assistance or updates, while being completely ignored. Over-hyped. Food was too expensive and wasnt very nice at all. There was no atmosphere and the gentleman who worked there just kept starting at me and my partner - awkward!
So elegant and quite place. I love the service and the most delicious cake
Went here for tea and dessert - Matilda Cake was moist and delicious!
