Had an awful noise coming from the front end while in 4 wheel drive in my truck. Called and talked to Randy in service on a thursday, had my truck in on Friday and diagnosed by the end of the day. Unfortunately it needed a new drive shaft. I was told that the part would need to be ordered and wouldn’t be in until next week. Randy was able to set me up with a rental vehicle for the time I was without my truck and called me to update me about the parts arrival and scheduled service. Long story, but I had my 2016 Ram EcoDiesel in for the HPFP recall back in the beginning of last year, and two weeks later had all manner of error codes show up on my dash. Parker's claimed no responsibility for the issues and I took it to a local shop who didn't want to work on it because they said they saw evidence these were caused by a bad recall repair.
