I had an 11am appt to get an oil change, which is normally ready in 1.5 hours. Today, it took 3 hours, which I was not impressed with. They bumped me and did not inform me. I would have rescheduled it if I had known.
I wish I could give 5 million stars!! Damon, Mike and the team made my dream come true! I had a car that was a total nightmare and I was beginning to lose hope of ever getting rid of it. But the team here at Parker’s moved mountains to get me out of that problem vehicle and into a much better vehicle. They were super helpful, informative and worked with me every step of the way. I can’t recommend these fine folks enough, I will definitely be back for maintenance as well as any potential trade-ins in the future!
I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received at your shop. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing, and I feel that both my time and money were wasted. Initially I was impressed, Myron was able to get my jeep in to the shop on short notice as I was on a road trip and having trans issues. I had asked for a trans FLUSH and filter change. I provided a filter that turned out to be incorrect, Myron got me a correct filter in good time. Speaking to Myron over shifting timelines, (somewhat expected with the short notice and complications) he had assured me the flush had been completed and he personally drove the jeep and said all was well.
