We had a heat-pump and furnace installed by Parker's after some preliminary diagnostics and repairs on our existing 20+ year-old system. Communication was great throughout the process and Max and his team were always on time, professional and did a tidy instal. They even removed shoes and vacuumed up - minor things but huge points.Top-tier services from some great guys. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or to use them again for any heating / cooling needs.
