I’ve been to this store a few times and the employees haven’t disappointed me in any way or form even when they don’t have what I’m looking for they still try to find it and direct us to a place where we can get it, The employees are very friendly and always great with great attitude

Im not sure what some of these other people see but they have went out of the way to help us ans if they didn't know ow the answers they had someone that could call to find out! Every time we have been in there they all have greeted us and called us by name, it just like you'd picture a small town hardware store.
I had a very unpleasant experience at Parker's Building Supply in Sparta. The associate, Macie, was extremely rude and unprofessional. She acted like helping customers was a burden, with a poor attitude and no interest in offering assistance. Her overall presentation and demeanor didn’t reflect well on the store.
