I called them to find out how much a full-faced helmet would cost because I forgot mine at home while camping in Quartzite Arizona. Tillman told me $100 so I drove 40 minutes and when I arrived It was $150 so I did not buy it.
Was there literally 45 minutes with money burning a hole in my pocket to buy a UTV and not one person acknowledged our existence. Going somewhere else where they give a rip about customers.
I have tried to make two purchases in the past six months and never received a single call back from the sales department. The first time this happened I bought from a private seller, and now I am doing the same again. Both times I had the funds available to pay cash. At this point it feels like this is either a personal issue directed at me or a sign of seriously poor business practices, because there is no reasonable explanation for being ignored twice when I was ready to spend money.
