I have used this company for over a decade, and trust them to help make sure my cars, house and life are properly covered for my needs. I had never file a house claim, until a water pipe broke and flooded my entire downstairs. They helped me work with the Ins company to get it taken care of and paid quickly.
I've used Parker Watts for around 10 years. They make everything easy to understand and are very patient when I have a lot of questions. They always are quick to call back and resolve any issues. No complaints!
I would not recommend this company. I was with this company for 3 years I contacted my agent in August to ask him to shop around for cheaper insurance cause my current insurance was set to expire on 9-30. I received my new insurance card in the mail for my car so I was thinking everything was OK. Halfway thru October I receive a letter from my mortgage company stating they haven't received the renewal papers for my home insurance.
