Jose was amazing! Scheduled a repair that worked with my schedule. Was able to adjust with my schedule on the fly. Knew the exact problem, fixed it promptly. Overall just wonderful experience. Thank you again!
DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!!! It is a complete scam. Jose showed up to my house an charged me $100 and took the mother board from my TV saying he would have to send it away to the manufacturer for repair and would take a few weeks. That was 4 months ago. He strung me along for a while saying it would show up next week, etc. Now he will not respond to my call at all. THIS IS NOT A LEGITIMATE BUSINESS!!!
I was skeptical given how far Parker is from my house, but Jose showed up when he said he would. The service was friendly, fast, and professional. I would definitely recommend this business!
