Personable, professional, and quick service!
Bad customer service. Lack of ability to communicate. Will never use again. No wonder it's called the hope group. You drop it off and hope that it gets done. Then tell you to call for payment outside then throw the lines at you because you are trying to clear up payment issues with corporate.

After not receiving the help I needed from Omni Hose in the Portsmouth area, I contacted the Parker store in Manchester. I arrived at their store around 10 a.m. and left with 12 custom-made hydraulic hoses around 11 a.m. Thank you to Matt and Bob for their attention to detail and sense of urgency. They did a great job.
