Update: After speaking with the retail manager for Exotic Automation they assured me the customer service representative poor addittude would be dealt with accordingly, and they offered to correct the pricing. Exotic Automation is a reputable company that will stand behind their word and they are on thier way over to WMR to resolve the issues with the on site CSR next week....
