I have lived here for 3 years with zero pest issues until recently, and the way management handled a roach infestation has been unacceptable. Although Dean was not able to resolve this issue with my washer on Monday, he gave me a detailed update and a plan on when he would get it fixed and how it would be fixed. My washer was fixed the following day just like Dean reported along with the help of Jon. Overall, exceptional communication and efficiency!
