I have been a member of Legal Shield since 2005(over 15 years). I was an executive director for the company that used Parker Stanbury as their primary law firm. I ran one of 2 business briefings in all of San Diego promoting Legal Shield. I say all that to say I've been here longer than most of the attorneys on staff. I have had very good experiences with Parker Stanbury but as soon as Harland Stoncipher passed away(2014) and Legal shield was sold(2018), the customer service has been absolutely horrible.
