This place is wonderful! I have a real dinosaur of a hot tub neighbors gave me years ago. Whenever I have problems with it, it's almost impossible to find anyone who knows how they work and can even give advice. The owner here really knows his stuff, and took time out of his day to help me figure it out. When my tub finally croaks, I won't buy my replacement anywhere else.

Spoke with the owner Scott Parker about ordering a custom hot tub cover. Excellent customer service and about 4 weeks later, the cover arrived. Outstanding build, heavy duty and quality made. Specs are perfect and I am extremely pleased. Scott is great to work with and offers a top quality cover. I highly recommend Parker Spas.
