Perfect same day I call 2 hourt ater job is done tanks really appreciate
If zero stars was an option, this place would receive it. Called the company to drain the lift station and see why the lift station pump alarm was going off. They said it was burnt out and they would have to sell me a new one for several thousand dollars. I hired a reputable plumber after that and it took him10 minutes to fix the clogged pump. This place is untrustworthy, find someone else.
Very knowledgeable
Thank you Parker Septic for coming out early and getting the septic tank on Beech Street pumped out. The tank had to be accessed by going through a back yard privacy fence, so the men who showed up (Ken and Jeremy), had to deal with the neighbor and focus on their task at the same time. I am grateful for their patience and professional help! They kept cool and coordinated with me and the neighbor to make this job a smooth and seemless effort. I highly recommend them!
Absolutely fantastic job. Very quick and professional, we won't call anybody else! 5 stars
