Unfortunately because of my being thorough (Vetting & Interviewing) and their being inability to be competitive and process a smooth transition to clients to ensure trust.. they proceeded to offer no recent case studies relevant to what I wanted their help with and had another case lined up for them to take but unfortunately there are clear issues with flows and client onboarding.
