Fantastic Experience beginning, middle, to end.I needed whole house duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, and heater fan cleaning. I talked to a number of Duct services but these guys impressed me the most. Bob spoke at length with me about everything and then scheduled me quickly. The team that came out was excellent. Called Bob with Parker’s Best Air Duct Cleaning to clean out the ducts on a home we just purchased. There was a bit of a hang up with scheduling on their end which resulted in the technicians not being dispatched on the day we had originally discussed. I called Bob up to inquire and he explained that it was his fault the appointment hadn't been finalized on their end. We hired Parker’s Best Air Duct Cleaning to clean our whole HVAC system after soot from a local fire got into our house. Keaton was our technician, and he knew his stuff, was a fantastic communicator and worked extremely hard. He arrived on time, calling in advance, and never stopped moving. He also patiently answered my many questions. Overall, excellent experience and excellent results.
They were amazing! Prompt, polite, and reasonably priced. Id recommend them over and over.
