We were blessed to have found these guys. Clark Ware and Bill Burdett were leadership (V.P. and CEO according to court records) on the team that engineered the David James Homes fiasco in neighboring Virginia. Clark and Bill might try to say it was all Merle, but the records and sworn testimony read differently. Look it up in the Western District Bankruptcy court located in Roanoke Virginia.
