If i could leave negative stars i would! Had an appointment to look at a house at 6pm. Got off work at 5 and rushed to get from downtown Gulfport all the way out to Hwy 53 in 5 o’clock traffic. Got to the house at 545… at 620pm the realtor nonchalantly called to let us know that she forgot to tell us she wasn’t coming since the seller accepted another offer on the house.
These guys do not take care of their properties. I asked them to take care of a property in our neighborhood that had an overgrown yard. Parker called me back and was rude and “hoped” a good owner would buy it. He stated that it had only been 2 weeks. Well 2 weeks is plenty of time to take care of a yard. SMH......
