Last season, I had an issue with my automatic pool cover and I called Parker Pools to ask about repair. After they cancelled on me twice, the wife and husband combo showed up on my doorstep at 9 am on a Saturday morning (unannounced, mind you). I was more than a little shocked, as I had given up on them making it over at all. I had already decided to just do the repairs myself, but let them look at it anyway.
