Give a star because it started off fantastic! There is one other pool company that would not stand by their work so we decided to give Parker an opportunity, came through and did a wonderful job with fixing a monumental issue with our pool that cost tens of thousands of dollars. Last season, I had an issue with my automatic pool cover and I called Parker Pools to ask about repair. After they cancelled on me twice, the wife and husband combo showed up on my doorstep at 9 am on a Saturday morning (unannounced, mind you). I was more than a little shocked, as I had given up on them making it over at all. I had already decided to just do the repairs myself, but let them look at it anyway.
