Last year we decided to have our pool taken care of by parker pools and spas, horrible decision. They make up things that they don't do. Most of the summer between the weekly cleanings I had to clean it and add algaecide. Even though they said there wasn't any algae. Then they closed the pool. I just took the winter cover off. And it looks like it never had been cleaned. Total rip off!!! Pics of what I have deal with before I can use my pool.
I would leave a negative number if I could. I called Parker Pools and Spas to have someone come look at a hot tub with an electrical issue, was told on 2 occasions they would be out in November then told the last week of December. Don't recall who I spoke with but he said he has me on the calendar. They never showed or called. Don't waste your time on Pueblo businesses, apparently they make more than enough they don't need your business. I will be looking for someone from the Springs area, at least they want the business.

Give a star because it started off fantastic! There is one other pool company that would not stand by their work so we decided to give Parker an opportunity, came through and did a wonderful job with fixing a monumental issue with our pool that cost tens of thousands of dollars. On initial walk-through/inspection and while the job was being worked on, I mentioned other areas where there are cracks/leaks and I was assured that they would get fixed. UTTERLY DISGUSTING and CROOKEDWe bought a new house in the spring of this year that already had an inground pool. At theadvice of the previous owners, I called Parker Pools (who installed the pool). The lady on the line said it would be about 6 weeks before they could get out to the house, but would not provide an exact date, just sometime in June.
