Chad and the team at Parker Pools are very professional, polite and customer focused. They designed and built our in-ground saltwater pool in 2014, it is still beautiful and going strong!
I called them to setup an appointment to have them come out and resurface my pool. They weren't late to the appointment, they never came. I called back in and they apologized and said they would have someone come out on another day. That person never showed up either.
