Called to schedule an oil change, person on the phone said it would be an hour if I waited. When I arrived, tech told me 1 hour +15 minutes. Went to eat and came back at an hour. Noticed they hadn’t lifted the car yet, just sitting in the bay. 1.5 hours when all done. Advisor apologized and said there was some issue with their equipment . I brought my car in for a recommended cooling system, pressure check, and they found that there was a leak. They sent me a video so I was able to see this for myself and I knew this was not something I could ignore. So I really like that EAS auto Provided that. Also, Nico at the front desk is very pleasant and easy to deal with so I was happy with this shop and would recommend using them.
