Not a very good place to work. They take you on a tour through a loud facility WHILE they teach you the rules. Plus other managers will tell you how to work with contradicting statements. Are pallets supposed to be 3 or 4 high? They'll tell you in training you can pick up these little triangle cut outs off the floor, and reuse them for recycling for a week later, somebody else tells you you're not supposed to use it for recycling. Lots of back and forth on rulea Maybe teach your employees rules in a more calming environment
