Doctor Vieth is very thorough. He listened to my concerns and offered the best solutions. He is also very humble, not an attribute most doctors have. Even though we are still trying to figure out my issue, he is humble enough to ask the assistance of another dentist so they can work together to figure out my cause and effect. This is my first visit with him and I am very impressed with him and his staff.
I went for an initial consultation about my gum and tooth issues they were thorough and polite. My issue was after I left 20% down I decided to get two or three more opinions and estimates on the cost. My complaint is that they said it would take 2 weeks to get my refund back after it goes through their accounting office. It never ceases to amaze me they take your money right away but no matter where you go you have a hard time getting it back two weeks to get my deposit back is ridiculous. Love Dr Veith!! He was kind and took the time to answer all my questions. He listened to my questions and concerns and was patient and answered things in a way that made it easy to understand.
Great eval exam and love having two locations for the practice (being on the east side of town). Helpful and informative team, explained care options and prognosis well. Excellent appointment and (so far) feel that I’m on the right path with their practice. I’d recommend to others in my same situation.
