I had an appointment with another Dentist after going to my Dentist three times this month. I had a filling, but the pain would not go away. I called and made an emergency appt. with my sisters Dentist when I happen to read the 2 previous reviews. I immediately canceled my other appt. and went to Dr. Parker. ALL the office help was great, Amanda especially. Dr. Parker explained everything to me, and I NEVER felt the novacaine shot. This is the best dental office... All the staff is friendly and willing to help! The doctors take their time and explain to me the work that i need done! I feel like im getting the best treatment and my $'s worth. That dont push me into treatment they explain to me why i need it and the effects it will have on me in the future. I highly recommend this office.
I went to this office for my first visit after visiting 3 other offices in town. I highly recommend them from the first phone call I had with them. From the time they answered the phone they were very pleasant, answered any/all of my questions, got me scheduled promptly, sent me my paperwork in the mail so I did not have to show up 20 minutes early just to sit in a waiting area with my kids.
