Do not use this company. They have no-showed more than once. They have been to service the brand new complete HVAC system no less than 10 ten times. \$6,000 plus later the equipment has never worked correctly in the summer. Presently have it set to 73 reads 80...
I have been trying to get them to repair my heat pump for the last 4 months, without success. I am already out of \$800, but the same problem occurs even now. Everytime the technician comes and says he doesnt know what is causing it and says he will order some parts and come back in a week and the company will call to schedule an appointment once the parts are in. I wait for a month and then call up and find that the technician has never ordered the parts and I have to wait another week. Stay away from this company.
A service tech came to look at our middle-aged furnace which wasnt working. He said he couldnt get it to work, and we should look into buying a new one. The price quote for the new furnace was \$6,000. I had never bought a new furnace before, and the price seemed high. So I got a second opinion, the second service tech (referred by family) said all I needed was a \$30 part, and even if I did want to replace the furnace he could do it for about half the price. Beware!!!
Called to get an estimate and had a repairman scheduled for Friday, took off early to make the 2-5 time frame and of coarse, a no show. When I called customer service was told some mystery person call and canceled. They said they could make another appointment but I didn't want to wait around all day again. Save your time and hire a professional.
