My 80 year old parents have been waiting over a week and “promised “ every day for delivery during these terribly cold snow days. They are very close to being without heat or a cooking stove. Parker keeps on breaking their promises. It’s the start of a new day. Let see if they break it again today! Parker oil sucks and so does their arrogant driver.

We have used Parker Oil since 2018 and they are very customer service focused with quality professionalism. They also help with minor concerns with gas appliances, but the staff we have dealt with has been mixed, as to their expertise in repairs. I woul still recommend them.

I would like to thank the staff of Parker Oil for their exemplary service! We have been a customer since 2014 and have always found everyone, from the customer service reps to the delivery drivers to be kind, caring and accommodating.
