Today I discovered a leak in my propane line. I called Parker Oil and they came out and fixed it within a couple of hours. They were kind and professional. Thank you Parker Oil. I appreciate your help!

Extremely disappointed after doing business with this company for over 25 years. I was told today i would not be getting a refund for 84 gallons of gas returned to them when they FINALLY picked up tank. I was told the refund was exactly the same as what I owe for service fee!!! I had been calling over a year (4 times!) since receiving last years service fee notice which I PAID ... RIDICULOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
The delivery man was wonderful, I would give him 10 stars if I could, as a propane newbie, he answered all my questions and suggested that I go automatic so I don't run out again.
