Avoid at all costs, the owner Kevin could care less about doing the right thing by long time clients. They will remove engineering from master files and not tell you then charge double for said engineering. Then to put the cherry on top they won’t even refer you to someone who can engineer a 5’ tall wall (which is basically civilian engineering spec btw).
