I was not impressed with the customer service we received. The immediate meeting went well and we were well informed about the process of cremation for our father. Once paid, I felt like we had to call and call and call to get something done. I know things happen, but it took 2 weeks just to get the Obituary done, because of "computer issues" or the inability to check emails?? Then trying to get someone to call regarding the death certificate was complicated, without it, the cremation couldn't be completed and I did feel lik... read more
