After decades of satisfactory business with Parker Mechanical, they let us down big time. They were called to fix a coolant leak on a unit they initially installed, did not find it, simply put in more coolant and went on their way. $600 for the visit. They were called back 2 weeks later to fix the same problem, found the leak this time, put in more coolant, and charged us $570.90 to do what they should have done the first time.
