Was looking to buy a new outboard for my boat this year. Called all over the island with varying levels of customer service. When I spoke with these guys they were knowledgeable, friendly, not pushy and answered all my dumb questions. They gave me a great price right away and when I picked the motor up, i couldn't have been happier with their level of expertise. These guys are fair n good. If they find something, they let u know before they work on it, no surprise fees or anything like that. Others could learn from this, you build relationships for life when ur in business, and these guys UNDERSTAND that.
AWESOME customer service!
Cocky manager, terrible service team, never dealt with sales, less than ideal local reputation. Main head techs have quit after 15 years. Must be a sign. Beware.
