Beautiful community, tons of amenities and peaceful and quiet pool area. Well maintained in General. Recommendate!
Worst HOA ever dealt with. They discreetly bully and harass owners they target. One owner that was behind in payments they caused to have hardship and pay excessive dues and atty fees 30k. Trying to force owner to lose condo. Owner paid because they like to have atty bully and they bully because laws favor HOA. BUYER BEWARE talk to many owners before buying. One owner that lived over 20yrs can tell u everything especially the dirty tactics lives Willowbrook 1.
IF I KNEW WHAT I KNOW NOW, I WOULD NEVER, I MEAN NEVER, LIVE HERE. You cannot rent out your own condos that you OWN. You can’t even think about having fun because Bob will shut that down right away because he has nothing to do. It’s a very pathetic life for people here. You can’t even go to the pool and enjoy yourself without getting a $100 fine with no warning for placing an insulated cup on the edge of the pool. I have lived in parker lakes (lakeside) since 2019. The neighborhood is kept well, but the people who "control" the neighborhood, pool, etc are nasty with nothing better to do. You can't even go to the pool without someone making you feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. The rules in place are absolutely ridiculous, its like living in a prison. Some advice, look elsewhere if you want to be able to enjoy your life & the amenities you pay a fortune for.
Some homes prices were a little steep, otherwise residents were friendly & nice.
