I first worked with Parker to find an NYC studio apartment last minute as I had two weeks left before I had to be in the city for work. Parker was very helpful and was able to arrange video tours, as well as help screen a number of properties that fit my needs. After deciding on one, he helped negotiate the terms and was able to get me my preferred move-in date and some fixes to the unit that he noticed looked off.
