Not that impressed. The bearded man who checked me out was cocky and condescending over something very simple. I had told them when I dropped off the car that I just put new tires on four days ago and to leave them alone. When I picked up the car, the invoice said, "Set tire pressure to specs." The specs for my car are 35 in the front and 33 in the back per the owner's manual and the door panel. RecommendedThis is the only place I bring my Volvos to have service. I had an issue with the back wiper after going through a car wash. I spoke with Josh over the phone and he was able to get the car in and fixed the next day. Customer service was great and the fix was done timely. They have always been extremely professional and done a great job.
This place Sucks!!! Don’t take your car here! I’ve used these guys 4 or 5 times. Once it came back with the same problems with the check engine light. This last time they replaced my serpentine belt and they failed to replace the tension pulleys which normally always come in a kit with belt and pulley due to wear. This caused the new belt to break and do almost another $1000 in damage to the radiator,hoses,tank,and some wiring. This would be like replacing a trimming chain without replacing the water pump. I have taken my Volvo XC60 here several times. They are always very friendly and knowledgeable. The work has always been within the estimate. I will keep going back.
Wasted an Uber fate and stuck over 24hrs without my vehicle. They were clueless as to the cause of my intermittent misfire and couldn’t care any less that they were unable to help.
