They built a wood fence around my 5 acre property. Even though they had the survey and the survey company came out to mark the land, we realized they still built the fences incorrectly. They are not answering my calls. I will take them to court.
I used them a while back, work was done fairly well (with minor imperfections), when they finally did it. On the downside — as many low level contractors do — they keep on accepting jobs even even though they’re completely overbooked on so many other sites, which makes it hard to work with them from a timing perspective. Hired these guys to replace my fence. They did an excellent job and the price was very competitive with other estimates. I would highly recommend Parker Home Services and plan to use them in the future if the need arises!
Since they did such a good job replacing our fence, we decided to use them for electrical services as well. Unfortunately, that wasn't a wise decision. They were very unreliable - never showing up when promised or even calling us with updates. This went on for a couple of months and every once in a while we would get a call from them explaining that they were just extremely busy - and once again they would promise to come out the next day and never show up. Parker Home Services replaced my roof and my fence after the recent storms here in Houston. Not only did they come in with the lowest prices compared to every other contractor I had out, but they finished both jobs in just two days with excellent handiwork! I would highly recommend them and will certainly use them again in the future! Amazing company!
