This is James Weiss. I had been in terrible pain in my ankle for quite a while. I was referred to Dr Parker. He gave me a shot of cortisone and my pain was better within a couple of hours. He explained things to me in a way I could understand and was very polite. It was worth the 50 minute drive it took to get to his office.
He had a very reasonable approach to my problem in our first meeting.
Great meeting with Dr. Hanson. His team scanned my knee and showed me some things I never knew about myself and ways I was prone to injuries. Most importantly, he gave me strength exercises the same appointment that I've already started using to strengthen my body and get back in (safe) running shape!
Dr. Hanson listened well when I described my symptoms, and I appreciated his detailed explanation of the issue and possible courses of action. Although he has special expertise in sports medicine, I felt like he was taking my fairly ordinary problem seriously.
