Really helped when i needed my specs amazing people working here !!
Amazing service and product knowledge
Unbelievable customer service and knowledge of facial proportions. The gentleman really fit the glasses to my face. Have never in my 37 years had such great service, especially with glasses/sunglasses
Misplaced my glasses on Saturday and couldn't find old spare pair anywhere. Contacted parker Hamilton Sunday morning and walked away by 1230pm with a new pair of glasses and pretty good price to match. And no fish bowl effect with new glasses that I've had with another brand. You guys are awesome. Will return
I arrived into the GC and had lost my spectacles at the airport. Long story short I thought it was going to be terrible holiday of not being able to do a lot of activities that require your vision. They were amazing, turn around time on emergency frames with my prescription that was emailed through from New Zealand took less than an hour. They don't stock cheap and cheerful frames, however they are very high quality and the level of service is excellent. Thanks very much.
