We live in valdese village apartments in valdese nc and we absolutely love having Tyler Thompson and Tim Kilgo as the contractors working here. They are extremely hard workers and everything we have asked of them they got to done immediately without hesitation would recommend a raise for their hard work. Thank you so much. I was subcontracted to clean apartments in Sanford . I was only paid a partial amount and was told I would never get paid on the balance. I've tried reaching out, no response by Michael David . He is rude and disrespectful to all his employees causing them to quit. I have sent several emails and invoices no response . I have pics of workers dirtying the apartments after cleaning giving them an excuse not to pay me. They have poor leadership and communication. It's a revolving door of subcontractors and employees.
