Very torn on writing about our experience as they made a great first impression, but that went downhill after having to bring our Jeep back. Pro: Free Service Diagnostic, Katrina is nice, and they offer complimentary Uber transport. Cons: They weren’t able to fix my vehicle after spending $4k with them and weren’t able to answer any questions following the new diagnostic. If you are looking for an honest mechanic to get your vehicle done in a timely manner without breaking the bank THIS IS NOT THE ***** TO GO! In fact, you will be lucky to get 1 of those 3 things from this disorganized business with lack of customer service. I went in to have the shop look at everything that was wrong with the undercarriage of my truck. They gave an estimate that included a few suspension parts, and an evap and oil cooler leak. In short, this is everything the shop messed up. The evap hose was cracked going to the valve, which was not repaired and in plain sight and they didn't install the valve correctly. Took my **** ram in for ball joints and any other front end issues that needed attention, and replace a front crank seal. After 2 months, I picked it up to find a missing radiator shroud, the truck wandered all over the road(they either didn't test drive it ,or they don't care) ,so i had a different reputable shop take a look and the retainer nut for the ball joints were overtightened to the point that they were literally pulling the nylon insert's out of the new joints. Took a car in to have a service done to it. left it at the shop with **** and *****...Two days later (after they said it would only take a few hours). They still haven't finished the repair and car is still out in the lot. THEN after they started to repair it, they saw"5" critical issues, including an air filter -(i literally just had changed) and some other stuff I knew was fine. .. and tried to charge me for a slew of other services, Probably because I'm a single mother. I recommend not going here.
Made an appointment with John to have my vehicle serviced and needed a rental car so he offered a discount and said he would call it in but never did. When I called him about the discount he gave me the excuses and even tried to blame me for his own neglect. The next day I called him to confirm my appointment for the following day and he said he would have it done the same day.
