Staff is very friendly, I had bought a ferret and soon realized that I was allergic. Without issue the owner gladly accepted the return with all accessories. Definitely going back in the future.
The employees are very knowledgeable and care about the animals, that's what matter most.

Recently bought two Hotot bunnies from Parker Exotic Pets. They kept them for a week after getting them in to make sure they were healthy and they gave them probiotics and started liter training as well! Both rabbits are extremely friendly and well socialized (especially for coming from a pet store vs small scale breeder). They were extremely helpful and made sure we and the buns had everything we needed! Thanks guys!
Went there today and by far the BEST service I have ever had. I got a male glider from her for my female glider and she gave me a lot of good useable information and was not judgmental at all. I will definitely do business there again any of my pet needs.
Love it! they have great service and my son got two hermit crabs and they were in very good shape! Jen and her staff are amazing! Can't wait to go there again.
Every time I come to this shop it's wonderful! The employees are so knowledgeable, patient and kind. It's truly the best pet shop I've ever been to. Highly recommend going there for your exotic pet needs!:)
